I had one other loft guy come around my new home to do the loft, he gave me a stupid high offer and was very rushed. I got refered to lee by a friend. Lee made me feel at ease very quickly. He took the time to tell me exactly what he needed to do, to get my dream loft the way I want it. The work was amazing and he was very quick and clean. The job looks fantastic and even better then I thought. Great work

We were moving into a new house and spoke to Lee, he was able to organise completing our loft the day after we moved in. This made emptying our storage locker quick and easy. Our loft was insulated and borded in 1 day with a nice new hatch and ladder. He was clean and tidy and everything done to the highest level of professionalism. He explained everything he was doing and worked alongside our electrician who was changing the lights. (Apparently spot lights need special covers to avoid heating the insulation, who knew?!)

Its always scary inviting strangers into your house to do work, but Lee was very approachable and friendly and I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

You need this guy to board your loft, even if you wasnt planning to. Very reasonably priced.

Lee and his team boarded my loft yesterday. They were exemplary in throughout. Nothing was too much trouble.

As a single women I also want to draw attention to how the team were on a personal level. Personable, polite and friendly. It’s more important that most people realise!

My loft insulation was old & needed to be replaced.. Lee came to replace my insulation & also boarded my loft at my request which has given me valuable extra storage space & also allows me to walk around my loft without fear of falling through the ceiling. I’d also been thinking of having a loft ladder fitted as I’m not as young as I used to be.. He fitted one of those for me too so now I can climb up instead of pulling myself up.. Did a very good job at a very reasonable price.
